Meneghello Estate produce the finest ultra-premium Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the first pressing of olives. Our oil is produced in the ideal setting of the Margaret River region, in the Southwest of Western Australia. Every April we produce a new vintage. The olives are taken from the trees at their optimum ripeness and pressed the same day. A few months later, once the oil has had time to rest, the new season oil is ready for our tables.
We produce small coveted quantities of infused oils each year including basil, rosemary, lemon, chilli and garlic.
